Governor Spitzer outlines 2008 plans in annual State of the State address

Last week Gov. Eliot Spitzer delivered his second State of the State address to the state Legislature and the people of New York. In his speech the governor outlined ambitious goals for 2008, which include expanding healthcare for children, investing further in SUNY and a $1 billion upstate economic revitalization plan.
